The franchise business provides local moving services and related services including packing and the sale of boxes and packing materials.

The initial licensing fee for a single franchise is $37,000, unless the Franchisor has had a prior presence in the area, in which case the initial licensing fee is $77,000. The estimated initial investment ranges from 112,300-$407,200.

If you sign an Area Development Agreement (which is an agreement permitting you to develop more than one franchise location over a period of time), the initial licensing fee for each franchise location is $37,000, unless the Franchisor has had a prior presence in a particular Marketing Area where a franchise will be located, in which case the initial licensing fee for that particular franchise will be $77,000. The aggregate amount of these initial licensing fees must be paid to us when you sign the Area Development Agreement. These fees are deemed earned by us when you sign the Area Development Agreement and they are not refundable. In addition to the payment you are required to make to the Franchisor under the Area Development Agreement, the estimated initial investment for each of the franchises you open pursuant to the Area Development Agreement will be $75,300-$369,000. IN MICHIGAN THAN IN YOUR HOME STATE.

THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT STATES THAT MICHIGAN LAW GOVERNS THE AGREEMENT AND THIS LAW MAY NOT PROVIDE THE SAME PROTECTIONS AND BENEFITS AS LOCAL LAW. YOU MAY WANT TO COMPARE THESE LAWS.
